~GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS~
You must have a website to join my members area & it must be family friendly. I do not accept MSN, Yahoo or any other groups as a site. If you do not have a website, you cannot join. Sorry.
You MAY NOT share your log in info with anyone. If you are caught doing this your membership will be revoked & you will be asked not to use anything in my members area any longer. All members will have there ip logged.
You MUST display my membership logo on your site linking it back to http://angelasdoodlepad.com Please have your membership logo on your site within 10 days of joining my site. I will do random checks for logos. If you do not display the logo, your membership will be suspended until it is up. If the logo is not up within a month of joining, your membership will be terminated & you will not get a refund.
One time fee membership: With this type of membership you only have to pay once & never have to renew.
There are no REFUNDS! Be sure you have read & understood my terms before you sign up.
I do not require access to your members area but if I ask you, you must give me access so I can make sure my terms are being meant. I will not take anything & use from your members area. If I like what I see in your members area, I will join.
I will update the site 1 to 2 times a month. More if I have the time. Please keep in mind that I am not a graphics machine & do have a life outside of the net. There also may be times where I cannot add an update like I want too. If there comes a time that I don't update for a month or more, all non lifetime members will have time added to there membership.
If you have a problem with me & what I am doing or not doing with the members area, please come & talk to me. I will do my best to resolve whatever issue you may have.
I reserve the right to refuse membership to any person I see fit.
I reserve the right to change my terms of use at any time I want.
Everything in my members area is for you to use only! You MAY NOT share what is in my members area with anyone or put it on your site for others to download.
You may not make blank sigtags or any other graphics for your members area/non members area for members/non members to add there names, etc. to the graphics. You may however use my tubes/outlines(after there colored) from my members area, purchased or from someone elses site with Quick Tag or any other script like Quick Tag as long as it's in a protected area only!
Any tubes that are in my member's area or purchaseware from my site that has come from my memberships cannot be used with Quick Tag or any other script like Quick Tag. If another site allows there graphics to be used with these scripts & I have tubes in my members area or purchaseware from these sites that allow this then you may use those as well.
You may not use any of my tubes/outlines from my members area or purchaseware with any other drag n drop, doll makers or any other makers.
Once your membership expires, you may still use anything from my members area. You must still abide by my terms & give the proper credit.
~LINEART TERMS~
~WHAT YOU CAN DO~
You may make Sigtags, Premades, Stationary, Websets, Wordpress themes for free or commercial use.
You may make gifts for your friends using my lineart. I ask that you do not make something with my lineart passing it thru any groups or emails to others to take & do with as they wish.
If you use any of my lineart to make Stationary you must include a link linking back to my site.
You may tube my lineart but you must purchase a tube license(One time fee) first.
You may tube my lineart to put in your members area or sell in tube packs. If you do this you must display the tube license logo where the tubes will be displayed.
~WHAT YOU CANNOT DO~
You may not alter my lineart in any way except to make things fit, animate, mirror image. All character outlines will come with blank faces so you can create your own face.
Character lineart may not be renamed unless stated.
You may not use my lineart for scrapbooking, digitizing or any other offline use.
Do not claim my lineart as your own.
Do not chop up my lineart creating new lineart & claiming as your own.
You may not write tutorials with them.
You may not put them on a CD for sale or for free to others.
You may not pass my lineart thru Emails, Yahoo Groups, MSN Groups or any other groups.
~AS IS TUBE LICENSE TERMS~
~WHAT YOU CAN DO~
With this license you are allowed to tube my original lineart & sell in limited quantities "AS IS".
You may also use this license with theme weeks.
You do not need the regular tube license to purchase this license. However you cannot use this license as a regular tubing license. If you want to tube my lineart, custom base sets, bases & custom lineart you need to purchase the regular tube license.
~WHAT YOU CANNOT DO~
You cannot us this license with any Purchased, Custom Base Sets, Bases & Custom Lineart.
You cannot add my lineart to your members area.
Anyone who purchases your as is tubes cannot re sell them. They can only put them in there members area or make things with them like Sigtags, Websets, Stationary, Premades & Word Press Themes.
~TUBES TERMS~

You may make gifts for your friends using my bases. I ask that you do not make something with my bases passing it thru any groups or emails to others to take & do with as they wish.
If you use any of my Bases to make Stationary you must include a link linking back to my site.
You may change the Eye & Lip color.
